    Diff lubrication ?

I am in the process of painstakingly stripping down and thoroughly cleaning a 1/5 car, it he grease in the current diffs is more like glue, i got so many answers when asking people i am unsure what to do so 'ill try here on avcom:

People mention i should use a very thick lubrication/grease for the diffs. i'm mainly going to run it on slight uneven grass rugby fields and a bit of road, Can anyone please help in telling me what lubrication/oil i must ask for at Midas as i do not want to import something from overseas, i was also told that the front mid and rear diff needs different lubrication ?
